Cybersecurity Giant CrowdStrike Outage Affects Businesses Worldwide
Faulty Code Update Brings Down Thousands of Systems
Outage Impacts Airports, Banks, and Other Businesses

CrowdStrike, which is used by many of the Fortune 500 companies, released a statement on Friday evening saying that the outage was caused by a defect in a content update for its Falcon endpoint protection software.
